Yes. Bird Dog Construction is fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin and holds a Dwelling Contractor certification (DC-082100881). We carry a full liability insurance policy.
We offer rough estimates at no cost to provide a general idea of the cost of a project. We offer an in-depth proposal service for a minimal fee ($250-500 depending on project scope) to arrive at a specific scope of work, timeline and fixed price.
Bird Dog Construction works exclusively on Fixed Price Contracts. Through our estimating process, we arrive at a specific scope of work and a fixed price for the project. The cost you receive in your proposal is the cost of your project (not including owner changes). Included in the proposal is a deadline of when your project will be completed.
Projects can have a wide range of steps that may or may not be associated depending on the scope. In general projects go through the following stages: Design/Engineering, Estimating, Permitting, Pre-construction, Construction, and Close Out.
Yes. All work and materials are warrantied for a minimum of 1 year from date of completion. Certain materials may carry a longer warranty. Please discuss with us if you have any questions about warranties.
Yes. We offer financing through Acorn Finance. This information can be found on your proposal or at the Acorn Finance website.

Because of that we offer an online web portal for you to receive daily updates, ask questions, and keep all your project information stored in one convenient place accessible from anywhere you have an internet connection.
